An Update from Stevens Construction This week marks concrete pour 13 of 39 as we continue building this 7-story structure. Once completed, Haven at Middleton Shores will bring 161 new units to Middleton, WI, spanning 306,822 square feet.

From the Ground Up Things are looking a little different around here lately! Framing is climbing higher, floors are taking shape, and every week brings a different view at the site. The progress is getting harder to miss, and we’re excited to keep sharing the transformation as it happens.
