Great community of apartments. Located right on the Conservancy, walking and bike paths. Across the street from Harbor Athletic Club and walkable to many restaurants. Updated units with dishwasher and garbage disposal. Included in rent: heat, internet, cable, pool access, one parking spot, free laundry and storage unit. Plus the office and maintenance teams are top notch.

I enjoyed my spacious apartment with the windows facing the woods so much. Just next to the Peasant Branch Conservancy, you can easily take a walk and relax in the woods and around the prairie. Also, very conveniently located close to the grocery store, gym, etc., just perfect.

The community spaces are always well-maintained. It backs the conservancy and is close to CVS and Harbor Athletic. Bus stop is right outside of the complex! Overall, I couldn’t recommend this place more. Truly a great place to live.

This is the best place I’ve ever lived. Quiet buildings, fast internet included with rent, and good maintenance staff. I’ve lived here for four years and I love the neighborhood. The nature trails in the Pheasant Branch Conservancy right behind us are charming. I have a gym membership across the street so I’m a three minute walk away from my favorite gym equipment and a hot steam room. Taqueria Gonzalez, on Allen Blvd, has some of the best tacos in town in my opinion. I also love the elevator in my building which is super handy for moving things in and out of my apartment.
